Which Woodmans Pal Camping Machete Should You Choose?

Classic Model:
The Woodman’s Pal classic is the original version of the camping machete, 10.5″ long, 16.5″ overall with a comfortable 6″ ash wooden handle.
Premium Model:
This is the military model and offers a secure leather grip with a hand guard that’s securely welded to the tang. Perfect for brush clearing as you can easily pass from hand to hand without losing any maneuverability.
Compact Model:
This is ideal for scouts and backpackers, it also is an ideal camping machete because of its smaller size. This version of the Woodman’s Pal does not sacrifice any functionality.
Long Reach Model:
This Woodman’s Pal is designed for cutting through leafy brush, vegetation, and vines just like the other models, but its longer handle allows for increased chopping leverage. It also serves as an excellent camping machete.
